Muscle strain, Muscle pull refers to damage to a muscle or its attaching tendons. Usually it happens due to strenuous activities like Sports. Muscle Spasm or Sports Injuries happen When we put undue pressure on muscles like

  1. Sudden Heavy Lifting
  2. Sports - Running, Swimming
  3. Playing Tennis, Cricket, Football etc.

Muscle Pull is primarily of two types:-

  1. Tearing of Ligaments
  2. Tearing of Muscles or Tendons
