#Sleepapnea means disturbed sleep, It is serious sleep disorder. If there is loud snoring and feel tired after full night’s sleep it indicates, you have sleep apnea.
According to Ayurveda it can be due to #Vata and #Kapha imbalance.

The most common symptoms are:

• Loud snoring
• Irritation
• Mouth breathing
• Restless sleep
